Pam is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle for American Healthcare Systems.

Pam is responsible for all revenue cycle operations for all facilities owned or operated by AHS. Pam has over 40 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with acute care community hospitals, district hospitals, as well as for-profit multi-hospital systems.

She has led revenue cycle turnaround initiatives and reengineering projects for hospitals in distress. Her areas of expertise include revenue cycle leadership as related to managed care contracting, surgery scheduling, insurance verification, patient access, care management, and chargemaster billing and collections.

Pam previously held revenue cycle leadership positions for the Antelope Valley Healthcare District, Alecto Healthcare Services, CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Advanced Medical Management, Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, Desert Valley Hospital, and Sherman Oaks Hospital.
